Terms & Conditions

Congratulations!

We look forward to sharing the power of our courses with you.

By saying yes, you enter into a sacred agreement with your Self and with us. We’re here to support you. Because of the unique and exclusive nature of our courses all sales are final. In the unlikely event you cannot attend, mail a signed notice postmarked and mailed by the third business day after original date of purchase to: Niurka, Inc., 9030 W. Sahara Ave., #675, Las Vegas, NV 89117. After the third business day, we’re committed. This agreement is non-refundable. If a documented emergency comes up and you cannot attend your scheduled course, we’ll honor a full credit (for your course tuition only) for up to one (1) year. You can apply your credit to another date, or another course. You can move your registration up to one time at no cost. Additional transfers are subject to a $175 processing fee. You can also transfer your registration to another person with a $75 transfer fee by giving us two (2) weeks notice prior to the course date. After the course begins, no changes can be made. Dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. Event pricing includes course registration, tuition, and class materials only.

Your credit card charges appear on your statement as “Supreme Influence.”

Meals and Accommodations:

All monies paid for Meals and Accommodations are final, and non-refundable. If a documented emergency comes up and is communicated to us within fourteen (14) days prior to course commencement, you can apply your Meals and Accommodations credit towards Meals and Accommodations for a future course. You can move your Meals and Accommodations credit up to one time at no cost.

Payment Plan Terms:

If you choose a payment plan you are authorizing Niurka, Inc. to charge the initial amount stated on your registration form to your credit card, and subsequent payments in 30 day intervals. In the unlikely event the payment does not process, or is charged back at a later time, you acknowledge that you are still responsible for the full amount. For any payment that does not clear when processed, there will be a $35 fee to re-process your payment. Late payments are subject to $35 late fee.
